UtilityINFO (HK) Limited (UTHK) is fully committed to the development, implementation, and certification of a Occupational Safety and Health, Quality and Environment Management System (which meets with the requirements of OHSAS18001:1999, ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:1996), for its services which include the inspection, survey and protection of all underground utility services in Hong Kong, and throughout the Asia Region.
At UTHK, we aim to provide the best possible quality services in all aspects of our work, from the initial inquiry to the final report.In order to achieve this, it is our Policy to:
- Provide effective and reliable services to satisfy the expectations and needs of our clients;
- Listen to, explain and provide professional advice so as to gain the confidence of our clients;
- Keep our clients being informed with the latest and detailed working information, with reports on progress, completion of works, final reporting and recommendations;
- Undertake all of the various activities necessary to meet the above objectives in the most efficient and effective manner possible, in terms of time, resources, and cost;
- Monitor the effectiveness of the Safety and Health, Quality and Environment Management System by a scheduled series of Internal Audits and Management Reviews;
- Provide training as appropriate for staff performing activities affecting Safety and Health, Quality and Environment;
- Comply with current applicable legislation and with other requirements to which company subscribed;
- Prevention of pollution; and
- Minimize risk of occupational hazard to acceptance level
Compliance with the requirements of UTHK's Occupational Safety and Health, Quality and Environment Management System is mandatory for all our employees.
All staff are encouraged to contribute to the continual improvement of our Occupational Safety and Health, Quality and Environment Management System. |
